Wellbeing Champion Accelerator
Champion wellbeing at work with unwavering confidence!
This is a 6 week accelerator for Wellbeing, HR, RTW and Safety Reps who want a data driven process to build a workplace wellbeing program that actually works.
Last cohort for 2026 - only 12 spots available!
Enrolments close 10th July for course commencing 14th July.
Has wellbeing been handed to you as an afterthought?
You care deeply about your people. But your role is demanding, your time is limited, and nobody gave you a roadmap. So wellbeing sits on the to-do list, important, urgent, and perpetually half-done.
The result? Employees burn out. Absenteeism climbs. Grievances build. And you're left firefighting instead of preventing.
There's a better way.
The Wellbeing Champion Accelerator gives you:
A step-by-step process to build a wellbeing program grounded in real data
The business case to secure budget and leadership buy-in
Practical tools for physical and mental wellbeing — applied to your workplace
The confidence to present results to leadership
A cohort of peers across Australia doing the same work
And on Day 1, you receive a $900 Workplace Wellbeing Audit — free.
This audit is your starting point. It gives you the data you need to build a program that targets your organisation's actual needs — not generic wellness trends.
