The Safety System is designed to comply with psychosocial regulations which are now a legal obligations. It includes identification of psychosocial hazards, assessing the risks, controlling, mitigatting and reviewing. If your organisation has not completed this process, it it vital to start with this Safety System. Because human risk is a business risk.
Human Insight Human Impact Safety System is designed to be delivered over a one year period.
Each system starts with collection of human insights, (presented to you in a report), facilitation of all employees events, monthly coaching, e-learning and a communication plan.
There are eighteen points of data collection to ensure measurement of human impact and business outcomes, including ROI, VOI and compliance of legal obligations.
