We provide two Human Insight Human Impact Systems for workplaces. One for Safety and one for Wellbeing. If your organisation has not complied with the psychosocial safety regulations, it is vital to start with the Safety System. If this legal requirement is already completed, the Wellbeing System is ideal for your workplace.

Human Insight Human Impact Safety System
The Safety System is designed to comply with psychosocial regulations which are now a legal obligations. It includes identification of psychosocial hazards, assessing the risks, controlling, mitigatting and reviewing. If your organisation has not completed this process, it it vital to start with this Safety System. Because human risk is a business risk.
Both Human Insight Human Impact Systems are designed to be delivered over a one year period.
Each system starts with collection of human insights, (presented to you in a report), facilitation of all employees events, monthly coaching, e-learning and a communication plan.
There are eighteen points of data collection to ensure measurement of human impact and business outcomes, including ROI, VOI and compliance of legal obligations.

Lifeline is our charity partner for our Safety System. $100 is donated to Lifeline for every system we deliver. Help us be there 24/7, so no-one faces their toughest moments alone. The donation helps ensure we can be here when someone urgently needs help.
OzHarvest is our charity partner for our Wellbeing System. $100 is donated to OzHarvest for every system we deliver. This provides 200 meals to someone who needs it most. We’re working hard to get nourishing food to people who need it most.
